River contract

Raimon Land Plc has awarded a contract to Bouygues Thai, the local subsidiary of the global construction conglomerate Bouygues Construction, to build the main building of The River condominium. The first phase of the project, which began in late 2008 with a targeted completion date in the first quarter of 2012 involves the main building work for the 72-and 42-floor twin residential towers together with a five-storey podium comprising a total of 105,000 square metres of sellable floor area to house 851 units.
