Raimon Land Awards Piling Contract for Main Towers of The River Project

Publicly listed residential developer Raimon Land has announced the award of the piling contract for main towers of The River project at a recent signing ceremony in Bangkok.

The piling contract for main towers has been awarded to ItalThai-Trevi Co., Ltd., the Kingdom’s premier foundation specialists, with a successful track record of on-time projects.

While not officially launched yet, The River project has redefined the luxury condominium market in Bangkok and raised the bar in terms of amenities, quality, luxury and especially location. It will be on the same level as other prestigious riverfront developments in Hong Kong or London. At site, the River front building is currently nearing completion. It will house the sales office and four different types of show units. The banks of the Chao Praya River are without compare and no other development in the country come close to matching The River’s ideal location. This unique location has attracted strong interest from Thai and foreign buyers and almost 200 units have been sold to date.
