Along with Emporium Gift Vouchers and Cash Back Rewards for reserving a unit in one of the seven highlighted properties at the Showcase, Raimon Land will be accepting registrations for its two most exclusive projects to date: Amafi (Phuket) and 185 Rajdamri in Bangkok.

Raimon Land Chief Executive Officer, Nigel Cornick, said in spite of the current political and economic turmoil, he has confidence in Thailand's long-term resilience as well as in the high-end real estate sector, where the fundamentals remain strong.

Along with 185 Rajdamri and Amalfi, other Raimon Land condominiums being promoted at the Showcase in the Emporium’s Fashion Hall on the first floor from 10am to 9pm, include The Lofts Yennakart (where is an across the board 5% discount off all reservation costs), The River (new release of Tower B units) in Bangkok, The Heights in Phuket, and Northpoint and The Lofts Southshore in Pattaya.

The Emporium Gift Vouchers are valued between THB10,000 - THB30,000 will be valid for any Raimon Land unit reserved within October 5, 2008.

Units reserved at the September 23-28 Showcase will also receive a THB50,000 Cash Back Reward in the form of a cashier’s cheque. Emporium Gift Vouchers and Cash Back Rewards will be sent to eligible clients by October 20, 2008.

The Lofts Yennakart will be featured in a co-event, in which celebrities from the Raimon Land-sponsored reality TV show, Superstars, which is being filmed on location at the project, will appear at the Showcase for interviews on September 28.

Key partner at The Lofts Yennakart - Standard Chartered Bank (Thailand) - will also participate in the Showcase by offering key mortgage support for buyers including free appraisals, a 100% mortgage (of the appraised value), various fee discounts and the first year of the loan interest free until 31 December 2008.
